GensanWeb is a website design and SEO business based in General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean GensanWeb, and "you" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.

Our contact forms ask for:

If you contact us directly by email, phone, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to include. If you become a client, you may also send us materials for your website, such as text, images, and logos.
Please don't send sensitive personal information (for example, government ID numbers, health information, or passwords) through the contact forms.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies and analytics: this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, for example which pages are viewed, how long people stay, what type of device and browser they use, their approximate location (city or country), and how they found the website. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also record when a contact form is sent successfully, but not what was written in it. We use this information only in summary form, to improve the website. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy, and explains how it uses data from sites that use its services. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This website does not use advertising cookies. The "Client Log In" page is a design preview only. Client accounts are not active, and the login form does not collect or send any information.

- Form handling: contact form submissions are delivered to our email by FormSubmit, a form delivery service, so the details you enter pass through their system on the way to us. FormSubmit's documentation says it keeps submissions for 30 days. TODO: review FormSubmit's own privacy terms before publishing
- Email: our business email (gensanweb@gmail.com) is a Gmail account, so emails you send us are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Website analytics: Google Analytics, provided by Google, receives information about how visitors use this website, as described in section 2.

If you contact us through Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, those platforms also process your messages under their own privacy policies.
